Ingredients for 4 people
- 2 cups flour for all uses
- 1/2 cup ice water
- 12 tablespoons butter
- 2-3 cups of blueberries, peeled
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cup water
Implementation
For the dough
- Put the flour together with the butter in a bowl and mix well with a fork until it becomes a uniform dough.
- Slowly add the ice water until the dough begins to form.
- Put the dough on a greased baking sheet, dividing it into balls. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For the blueberries
- Put the blueberries, sugar, butter and water in a deep-bottomed saucepan. Cook the blueberries over medium heat until thickened. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- Remove the dough from the fridge and open into a sheet 2 cm thick. Cut the dough into thin strips and then into small pieces.
- Pour half of the dough into the blueberries and mix gently. Put the mixture in a pan and pour the remaining pieces of dough scattered on top.
- Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until dough is crusty and lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
