Minestrone soup with chopped pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 85 gr. chopped pancetta
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 cup of chopped celery tea
  • 4 cloves of garlic melted
  • 4 cups Chicken broth tea
  • 2 cup of tea water
  • 800 gr. tomatoes in the grater
  • 1 cup tea beans
  • 2 cups teaspoon chopped cabbage
  • 1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp. Italian spice mix
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • 2/3 cup teaspoon chopped macaroni
  • 1/4 cup tea olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan tea
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley tea

Implementation

Step 1 In a large saucepan heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium to high heat. Step 2 Add the pancetta and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Step 3 Add the onions and celery and cook for about 3 more minutes. Step 4 Add the garlic Step 5 Add the chicken broth, water and tomatoes and simmer. Step 6 Add the beans, cabbage, red pepper, Italian spice and salt, stir and simmer for 45 minutes. Step 7Add the pasta, increase the heat and simmer for an additional 15 minutes. Step 8 Serve and garnish with a little olive oil, grated parmesan and parsley.
