Recipe for Salmon Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup panko tea
  • 1/4 cup teaspoon flour
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped
  • 3 cans of salmon of 140 g.
  • 1/2 kg garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 large egg lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise tea
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 fl. teaspoon chopped coriander

Implementation

step 1

Place the panko and flour in a bowl and mix.

Add the peppers, canned salmon, garlic, salt, pepper, egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and cilantro. Stir until the mixture is smooth.

step 3

Form 6-8 patties and heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

step 4

Add the patties to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
