Ingredients
- 12 chicken legs
- 1 jar of apricot jam
- 2 tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 garlic cloves melted
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of tea water
- 1 tbsp sesame for garnish
Implementation
step 1
Make a vertical slit in the thickest part of each chicken leg and place in a bowl.

Mix 1/3 cup teaspoon apricot jam with 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce, garlic, soy sauce and water.

Pour the mixture over the chicken, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Place the chicken in a pan with a greased pan and bake at 200 degrees in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is well cooked, pouring in the rest of the jam during cooking.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rice or noodles.
