- 250 gr. cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 170 gr. basil leaves
- 450 gr. mozzarella in small balls
- Wooden straws
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Implementation
step 1
Put half a cherry tomato, a small piece of basil and a ball of mozzarella in a wooden straw and repeat one more time, until you have twice each element in the straw.
step 2
Repeat until all ingredients are used.
step 3
Drizzle the olive oil over the tomato, cheese and basil, leaving the tip of the toothpick clean.
step 4
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
