Recipe for Lime Cream Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 package coconut cookies (optional), crushed
  • 1/3 cup teaspoon butter, melted
  • 4 cup teaspoon cream
  • 1/4 cup teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp. coconut extract
  • 230 gr. cream cheese, softened
  • 400 gr. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup tea lime juice
  • 1/4 fl. of tea sweet grated coconut, roasted

Implementation

step 1

In a small bowl, mix together the crushed biscuits and butter and press into the bottom and sides of a buttered tin.

step 2

In a large bowl, whip the cream until it begins to thicken. Add the powdered sugar and coconut extract and beat until stiff peaks form.

step 3

In another large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and lime juice until well blended. Add 2 cups of the whipped cream you made with the cream and mix.

step 4

Spread with a marise on the biscuit base, top with the remaining whipped cream and grated coconut and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
