Ingredients
- 300 gr. pasta
- 4 tbsp. capers
- 500 gr. ripe cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 220 gr. tuna in olive oil
Implementation
step 1
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat and sauté the capers until crisp.

Remove the capers and set aside.

Add the tomatoes and oregano to the same oil.

Drain the tuna and add it to the sauce.

Add two tablespoons of the pasta water and simmer until the pasta is cooked through.

Drain the pasta, keeping a cup of water aside, and add them to the tuna sauce.

Mix well and if you see that extra moisture is needed add the water you kept aside.

Try if you need salt and optionally add pepper.

Serve and garnish with capers and a little oregano.
