In the summer, among other things, we have connected it with the walks in the evenings, for an ice cream or for a corn in hand or for an outing for the favorite skewers (or straws). And now that the restaurants are open again, you will go out for a walk every night.

But have you ever wondered how many calories these delights have that we crave a little more in the summer?

Let's start with the skewers. A simple pork skewer has 119 calories and a chicken skewer has 74 calories. If you now choose pork pie, the calories will skyrocket. With oily pie, potatoes, tzatziki and tomatoes have about 700 calories while if you ask for oily pie, remove 90 calories. If you do not choose gyros but pork or chicken skewers, the calories are greatly reduced since a generous amount of gyros can reach up to 300 calories.

In ice cream now, the calories vary. A scoop of ice cream corresponds to half a cup and is considered to be the basic unit for measuring portion. A ball of strawberry has 127 calories while the same amount of vanilla reaches up to 137 calories. Favorite chocolate ice cream has the most calories and specifically 143.

The corn that you will find roasting in various places on your vacation is in moderate levels and one piece has about 280 calories.

Crepe is also a summer treat. A chocolate crepe can be estimated to have about 270 calories while an ice cream crepe goes to 320 calories.
