A traffic accident occurred in the morning on the Larnaca - Ayia Napa highway at the height of Ayia Napa.
Specifically, according to information from Famagusta.News, around 7 this morning, a car moving in the lane in the direction of the Ayia Napa roundabout, at the end of the highway, under conditions under investigation, abruptly reduced speed resulting in a second car that followed to collide with it, and then a third car collided with the second.
The collision resulted in the injury of the car of the second vehicle which was transported by ambulance to the Larnaca General Hospital with his state of health not inspiring concern. As for the occupants of the other vehicles, according to information, no injuries were reported.
The Famagusta Traffic Police is investigating the causes under which the accident took place.
