A two-year-old boy is hospitalized in a very serious condition at Makarios Hospital in Nicosia.
According to the Police, around 5 pm on Saturday, May 13, the boy was pulled by his parents, unconscious, from the swimming pool of their residence in Paralimni.
Before an ambulance arrived, a 17-year-old student from Paralimni who was on the scene gave first aid to the boy, who managed to regain consciousness.
The little boy was initially transferred to the First Aid Department of Famagusta General Hospital and then to Makarios Hospital in Nicosia where he is being treated.
The condition of the two-year-old boy is judged by the treating doctors to be very serious.
