Between the dates 12-19 / 01/2019, four cases of moped theft were reported to the Paralimni Police Station.
Yesterday, Saturday, after information, members of the Paralimni Police Station located two young people, who were in possession of two mopeds.
At the sight of the members of the Police, the two young men fled in unknown directions, leaving the mopeds on the scene.
These mopeds were transported to the Station, where they were recognized by their owners. Shortly afterwards, one of the young men arrived at the Police Station, where, during interrogation, in the presence of his guardian, he admitted to committing a total of 7 cases of moped theft.
Court warrants were issued against the two young men and they were arrested to facilitate the investigations.
The Paralimni Police Station continues the examinations.
