A meeting different from the others, specially designed to get to know our place, our culture and of course to have fun escaping from the routine of everyday life, riding on our favorite Vespa - Lambretta is hosted today and tomorrow in the province of Famagusta by the Municipalities of Sotiras, Agia Napa, Deryneia and Paralimni.
The 5th Pancyprian Meeting Vespa - Lambretta will take place on the weekend of May 7-8, 2016 in Famagusta Province.
The program, in addition to the established (competitions, beauty pageants, music, etc.), includes a tour of El. Famagusta area taking a taste of the picturesque communities, "Kokkinochoria", natural beauties such as Agia Thekla, Liopetri River with fishermen sewing their nets, the folklore museums of Deryneia and Avgoros, the beautiful stone churches and the chapels which are scattered throughout the area as well as the popular resorts of Ayia Napa and Protaras with their golden beaches and turquoise waters.
Overnight stay for Saturday 7/5/2016 will be available at the Fedrania Garden Hotel, special price of € 25 per person including breakfast and all taxes.
The participants will visit on Saturday the Famagusta Cultural Center in Deryneia, the river Liopetri, and in the evening the Municipality and the Municipal Youth Council of Paralimni will organize a music night in the Protaras event square. On Sunday, there will be a tour of the sculpture park of Ayia Napa and Cape Greco, while at 11 in the morning the Municipality of Sotiras will organize a musical beach party with a live link from Politia FM on the beach of Agia Thekla and at 12 noon the Municipality of Agia Napas will host the meeting at a music event in the harbor.
