The presentation of the new project of Ayia Napa Marina, which is dynamically supported by the Karamontani Group of companies, took place on January 28, at the luxurious facilities of the famous Burj Al Arab, in Dubai, with an exceptional atmosphere and absolute success.
The project, designed by the world-renowned American architectural firm SmithGroupJJR, which specializes in the construction of coastal projects, concerns the mixed development of residential and commercial spaces and will be completed in 2021. It includes 190 spacious and luxurious apartments in two impressive, spacious 29 with berthing capacity and provision of integrated services to 600 boats, shipyard, as well as a large number of selected shops and restaurants that will offer high quality services and amenities to residents and visitors of the Marina.
For the promotion and the detailed information about the project of Ayia Napa Marina, a special sales booth was formed in the area of the event which attracted the great interest of investors, after a significant number of sales took place.
The event, which was attended by 600 guests from Cyprus and the United Arab Emirates, was attended by the entire high society of Dubai, executives of KPMG Cyprus, Deloitte Cyprus, USB branch Cyprus and many important investors.
Keynote speakers at the presentation of the Ayia Napa Marina project were Mr. Naguib Sawiris of Gemini Real Estates Ltd and Mr. Stavros Karamontanis CEO of the Ayia Napa Marina project, components of MM Makronisos Marina Ltd, the company created for its implementation ambitious project.
The glamorous event closed with an artistic program in which the Egyptian pop singer Hamaki, the Santiago band from Spain, and our well-known DJ from Mykonos DJ Thodoris Alexopoulos participated.
The success of the event in Dubai was clear, as it became clear that the creation of the Marina in Ayia Napa will upgrade and enrich the tourist product not only of Cyprus, but also of the entire geographical area.
