Event "Tribute to George Seferis", organized on Friday, February 3 by the Lyceum of Kokkinochorion "Foti Pitta" in the context of hosting the Photo Exhibition "Seferis and Cyprus".
The event will take place at 6:45 pm, in the Music Hall of the Lyceum of Kokkinochorion Foti Pitta, in Frenaros.
The speaker will be the Professor of the University of Naples Mr. George George, former Ambassador of Cyprus to Greece, who together with the University of Naples are the organizers of the Exhibition.
The Exhibition presents photographs from the world of Cyprus, taken by the Nobel Prize-winning Poet George Seferis during his trips to the island in 1953, 1954 and 1955, as well as other material from his personal and professional career.
