The members of the Municipal Council of Ayia Napa will be informed about the meetings through "e-meetings"
The installation of the new innovative internet application e-meetings was carried out by the Municipality of Ayia Napa, through which the Members of the Municipal Council will be informed electronically everything concerning the process of concluding the meetings of both the plenary and the committees.
Attached and all documents related to all meetings will now be available to councilors electronically with all the corresponding benefits.
The goal of the Municipality stated in its statements the Mayor Mr. Giannis Karousos is the complete transition from the manuscript files to the digital age with the most simplified procedures, the fast and immediate information of the Municipal Councilors and the reduction of the expenses in consumables (paper, ink) and equipment (printers, archiving). It will also contribute, he added, to the maximum in the easy management of the meetings and in the saving of filling time.
It is noted that the e-meetings program is implemented in the context of e-government by the Municipality as well as the e-katoikos program which will be implemented in the coming months.
