a 2 EAC, Electricity, Bills

New hours of electricity supply to heat accumulators, the EAC announced, in the context of efforts to upgrade its services, for the best possible service to its customers, as well as for the optimal operation of its system, with the main goal of saving energy and more efficient use. of its existing equipment and facilities.

An EAC announcement states that after a detailed study of the System, the Authority decided to differentiate the hours of electricity supply to the heat accumulators that operate based on the thermal energy storage rating, code 56.

For this reason and taking into account the fairer distribution of delivery hours to all customers, different charging times of the cargo groups are formed during the period 16 October 2017 - 15 May 2018, depending on the capabilities of the system.

These months have been divided into two periods: from October 16, 2017 - January 15, 2018 and from January 16, 2018 - May 15, 2018.

During the study, care has been taken for both 10-hour heat accumulators and 7-hour heat accumulators. The supply hours for group I load (A02-13, Pottery / Ovens) will remain the ones that are valid today, throughout the year.

The differentiation of the hours is done based on the provisions of the relevant pricing.
