WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange's asylum at Ecuador's embassy in London has never been linked to avoiding sexual assault charges in Sweden because he worked with prosecutors before filing the case. He is ready to cooperate again, in case the case is reopened, according to a statement today from Jennifer Robinson's lawyer.

"All these people say he is hiding from Swedish justice. If so, why did he not leave the embassy two years ago when the case was dropped? "If (the Swedish authorities) choose to reopen the issue is a separate question and we will address it, but we are absolutely positive to answer those questions when they arise," Robinson told Sky News.
