A huge hole was created early this morning in the parking lot of Del Mare Hospital, in the city of Naples.
The ground receded and a hole was created which is about twenty meters deep, with a perimeter of 2.000 meters.
Cars have fallen into this huge hole, but, according to the Italian media, so far there are no injuries.
As a precautionary measure, a hospital for patients with mild coronavirus symptoms, located next to Del Mare Hospital, was evacuated.
According to Italian public television Rai, the tragedy was averted thanks to the restrictions of that period, which do not allow visits to patients treated in the country's hospitals.
