Turkey: What does the Republican People's Party poll show?

Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan has 45,6% of the vote in the first round of the June 24 elections and 32,2% of the main opposition candidate, Muharrem Ince, according to a poll conducted by the Republican People's Party (CHP). In the second round, Erdogan and Ince remain.

CHP MP Mehmet Bekaroglu said "note this poll, so that no one gets angry afterwards". According to this poll, the percentages of the pro-Kurdish HDP candidate Selahattin Demirtas are projected at 10,7%, of the Good Party candidate Meral Aksener at 8,2%, of the Islamic Party candidate Evdimonia Temel Karamolaolag 3,1% and the candidate of the Homeland Party Dogo Perincek at 0,2%.

Bekaroglou also said that the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) alliance with the far-right MHP has fallen to 45% with the AKP receiving 40,3% and the MHP 4,7%. The alliance parties rose to 42,4% with the CHP receiving 27,2%, the Good Party 10,8% and the Bliss Party 4,4%. On the other hand, the pro-Kurdish party crosses the electoral threshold, receiving 12,3%. Therefore, the coalition of the opposition parties together with the pro-Kurdish party receive 54,7% and have a majority in parliament. The AKP-MHP alliance is an opposition in parliament. 

However, a poll by the Metropol company also states that when asked what Turkey's biggest problem is, 51,5% answer that it is the economy and only 13,4% that it is terrorism. It is noted that in a poll of the same company in 2017, 60% considered that Turkey's biggest problem is terrorism.
