Passengers on a Latam Airlines flight from Sydney to Auckland experienced terrifying moments with 50 of them injured after an incident described as "severe turbulence".
According to initial information, the turbulence was allegedly caused by a "technical problem" on the Boeing 787 making the flight.
A female passenger described what happened during the flight as a "little short dip". As he said "I used to be a flight attendant and this was the first time the whole plane was like frozen."
