Paphos: Owners of leisure centers take to the streets for restrictions

rents, taxation, further support of tourist centers by the state, the many complaints recorded in Paphos were some of the issues that occupied the meeting of SIKAP with owners of leisure centers of Paphos in the presence of the president of OSIKA Neophytos Thrasyvoulos, during which it was decided to hold a protest.

According to a relevant announcement, at the rally the SIKAP Board received a vote of confidence from the attending center owners to continue its work in this difficult period due to the coronavirus pandemic.

After the briefing, the owners of the leisure centers took the floor and referred to their concerns, while as mentioned, a constructive dialogue followed and it was found that there is a gathering.

In addition, during the meeting it was agreed, as next week there will be a large protest in Paphos, where many owners of leisure centers are expected to be present. 

As mentioned together with SIKAP in the protest event will be POVEK as well as other sectors that have been affected by the coronavirus. 

It is noted that the day and time of the event will be announced soon. Protests will take place in all the provinces of Cyprus.
