Two Israelis were arrested at Larnaca airport after being attacked and insulted by police.
According to the Police, just before noon yesterday, two Israeli passengers who were leaving Larnaca airport and were in the transit room, since they were not allowed to enter the Republic of Cyprus, shouted in English and caused concern.
Members of the Immigration Service tried to calm the two Israelis, but they started insulting and attacking the two police officers, resulting in their arrest.
The case is expected to be registered immediately before the Larnaca District Court.
