Ingredients
- 25 gr. butter, plus extra for spread
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, melted
- 350 gr. mixed mushrooms, sliced
- A small handful of parsley, finely chopped
- 100 ml sour cream
- Ready dough 375 gr.
- A little flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp. cumin
Implementation
step 1
Heat the butter and oil in a pan. Add the onion and sauté until soft. Add the garlic and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes until the mushrooms are soft. Mix with the parsley and cream and remove from the heat. Set aside to cool.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Spread the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into circles 6 x 8 cm.

Divide the mushroom mixture between the pies and spread the edges of the dough with a little egg, cover each with another circle of dough and carefully press the edges of the dough together to seal.

Spread with the remaining egg and sprinkle with cumin seeds. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
