Ingredients for 4 people
- 250 grams of butter at room temperature
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour for all uses
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 3 tablespoons lemon zest
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) fresh lemon juice from 2, 5 small lemons
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Implementation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take a square pan and place a sheet of oil paste.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from the heat when melted. Mix the melted butter with the sugar.
- Add the eggs one by one, stirring and stirring until it becomes a uniform mixture.
- Sift the flour over the egg mixture and mix well until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
- Mix the coconut, lemon zest and lemon juice and add it to the brownie mixture while stirring. Then spread the mixture in the pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes with heating elements at 180 degrees.
- Leave it in the pan to cool completely. Cut into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
