Lemon brownies with coconut

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 250 grams of butter at room temperature
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour for all uses
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 3 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) fresh lemon juice from 2, 5 small lemons
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Implementation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take a square pan and place a sheet of oil paste.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from the heat when melted. Mix the melted butter with the sugar.
  3. Add the eggs one by one, stirring and stirring until it becomes a uniform mixture.
  4. Sift the flour over the egg mixture and mix well until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
  5. Mix the coconut, lemon zest and lemon juice and add it to the brownie mixture while stirring. Then spread the mixture in the pan.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes with heating elements at 180 degrees.
  7. Leave it in the pan to cool completely. Cut into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
