Implementation
- 200 gr. sugar (about 3/4 cup)
- 125 ml corn oil (about 1/2 cup)
- 60 g flour for all uses
- 40 gr. cocoa
- 2 large eggs
- 3 vanillas or 2 tsp. sweet liquid vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet baking powder
- 1 teaspoon soup merenda or nutella
- a pinch of salt
- 1 package of oreo (10-12 cookies)
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius (heating elements).
- In a medium bowl, pour the oil with the sugar and connect them with a wire.
- Add the two eggs and the vanilla. Whisk with the wire for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is fluffy.
- In another small bowl, combine all the other dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt) and add them to the mixture.
- Stir carefully until you see no flour.
- Pour half of it into a pan that you have first covered with non-stick paper.
- Spread the oreo and pour the rest of the mixture on top to cover the cookies.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Once cooked, let it cool and then cut into squares.
