Cheesecake with apricot jam

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 1 pack of Digestive cookies
  • 1 small packet of cow / fresh butter
  • 1 small vegetable cream
  • 1 package of cottage cheese (200g)
  • 1 package of cream cheese (200g)
  • 200 g full strained yogurt or 2%
  • orange zest, of XNUMX orange
  • 1 apricot jam

Implementation

  1. In a form with a detachable wreath, make the base as follows. Crush the cookies, melt the butter and pour over them.
  2. Press them well on the base and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes to freeze.
  3.  For the cream, whip the cream (if you want, add half a glass of powdered sugar).
  4. Incorporate the cottage cheese, cream cheese, yogurt, zest and beat well with the mixer. Pour the mixture over the cookies.
  5. To coat, dilute the jam with 2-3 tablespoons of water and spread over the cream.
