Ingredients
- 150 gr. butter or margarine
- 100 gr. crystal Sugar
- 130 gr. Brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp. vanilla
- 300 gr. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 100 gr. couverture in coarse pieces)
Implementation
step 1
First, in a bowl, beat the butter with the granulated and brown sugar.

Add the whole egg, the yolk and the vanilla.

Continuing to mix, slowly add the flour and baking soda.

Finally add the couverture.

Shape into small balls and place in a greased pan in the pan with enough space between them because the cookies will spread during baking.

Bake at 170 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
