Ingredients
- 375 gr. frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 50 gr. unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg yolk
- 70 gr. raw grated almonds
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 200 ml of honey
- 2 apples, in very thin slices
- 1 sprig of rosemary
Implementation
step 1
Work the puff pastry in a round diameter of 30 cm and a thickness of 3 mm and place it in a pan with oil paste.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Put the butter, egg yolk, almond, vanilla and 60ml honey in a bowl and beat with a wooden spoon until you get a smooth mixture.

Spread the mixture on the puff pastry and place the apple slices evenly on top.

Drizzle with 60ml honey and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until apples are golden brown.

Place the remaining honey (80ml) with the rosemary in a pan over low heat and allow to heat until the honey has melted.

Pour over the tart and serve.
