Ingredients
- 1 ½ φλ. tea walnut kernels
- 2 cups Tea with orange juice
- ½ φλ. tea raisins blonde
- ½ φλ. black currant tea
- 1 cup chocolate truffle tea
- 250 gr. couverture
- 1 ½ φλ. teaspoon sugar
- ¾ φλ. tahini tea
- 2 cups teaspoon of soft flour
- 2 cups teaspoon of hard flour
- 3 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tbsp. soda
- Zest of one orange
Implementation
step 1
In a mixer, beat the sugar with the tahini until the mixture turns white.

Add the rest of the ingredients (except the couverture) one by one and mix well.
step 3
Flour a cake pan or baking tray, drain the mixture and bake at 160 degrees for about half an hour.
step 4
Allow the walnut pie to cool, melt the couverture in a baking pan and cover on top.
