Walnut pie with tahini

Healthy version without oil

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ φλ. tea walnut kernels
  • 2 cups Tea with orange juice
  • ½ φλ. tea raisins blonde
  • ½ φλ. black currant tea
  • 1 cup chocolate truffle tea
  • 250 gr. couverture
  • 1 ½ φλ. teaspoon sugar
  • ¾ φλ. tahini tea
  • 2 cups teaspoon of soft flour
  • 2 cups teaspoon of hard flour
  • 3 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. soda
  • Zest of one orange

Implementation

step 1

In a mixer, beat the sugar with the tahini until the mixture turns white.

Add the rest of the ingredients (except the couverture) one by one and mix well.

Flour a cake pan or baking tray, drain the mixture and bake at 160 degrees for about half an hour.

Allow the walnut pie to cool, melt the couverture in a baking pan and cover on top.
