Ingredients
- 1 rooster cut into pieces
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 2 dried onions
- Or kilos of noodles
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 liter of water
- salt
- pepper

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut them into chunks.

Put the olive oil in a saucepan and as soon as it burns, add the rooster and sauté until it turns brown on all sides.

Add the chopped onion and tomato

Season with salt and pepper and add water to the pot, close the lid and let the rooster boil for at least 60 minutes.

Add water if needed. 10 minutes before the rooster is ready, add the noodles.
