Ingredients
- 2 cups teaspoon flour for all uses
- 1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2/3 cup Tea with chocolate tears
- 2 large eggs (at room temperature)
- 1 large egg yolk (at room temperature)
- 1 cups teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup teaspoon butter (at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup of tea (room temperature)
Implementation
step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and pass the cake pan with a little butter and flour.

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix the chocolate tears with 1 teaspoon of flour and set aside.

Beat the eggs, yolk and sugar until you get a fluffy mixture, for about 3 minutes.

Add the oil and coffee and mix well.

Then slowly add the flour mixture and half the chocolate tears and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.

Pour the mixture into the mold, sprinkle with the remaining chocolate tears and bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
