Mushrooms in red wine sauce

Enjoy them plain as an appetizer or add them to beef

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 450 gr. mushrooms, cut into thin slices
  • 3 / 4k. γλ. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 3/4 cup of red wine tea
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary

Implementation

step 1

Melt the butter in a large skillet or saucepan over medium-high heat.

step 2

Add the mushrooms and cook until they come out of the juice and soften, for 5 to 7 minutes.

step 3

Add salt and pepper and continue cooking until their liquids evaporate.

step 4

Put the wine and rosemary in the pot and let it simmer. Once it boils, cook for 3 minutes.
