Salad with egg and avocado

Healthy spread for sandwiches or crackers

  • 1 avocado, puree
  • 3 boiled eggs, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion, optional
  • 1 tbsp chopped celery, optional
  • Salt for taste

Place the avocado and eggs in a bowl and mix.

step 2

Add the sweet pickle, onion, celery and salt and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.

step 3

Enjoy immediately in sandwiches or crackers or place in an airtight package and refrigerate.
