- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 120 gr. peanut butter
- 170 gr. chocolate (melted)
- Prepare a special baking tray for 6-position cupcakes.
- Mix the peanut butter and sugar until your mixture is homogeneous and soft.
- Cover the base of each cupcake tray with one or two tablespoons of melted chocolate.
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of the peanut butter mixture and cover with the remaining chocolate.
- Refrigerate for an hour, until the chocolate is frozen.
- Remove the cupcakes from their cases and enjoy.
