Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 small onion, cut into cubes
- 2 diced potatoes
- 1 cup tea milk
- 1 cup chicken broth tea
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. ground thyme
Implementation

Boil the potatoes and broccoli.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion until it withers for 5 to 10 minutes.

Put the onion, potatoes, broccoli, milk, chicken broth, pepper, salt, ginger and thyme in the blender and beat until your soup gets the texture you want.

Serve the soup hot.
