Ingredients
- 350 gr. spaghetti
- 3/4 cup tea olives
- 1/4 cup panko tea
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/4 cup teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup tea coriander
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1/4 cup teaspoon grated parmesan, in addition to serving
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
Implementation
step 1
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Saute the punk for 4-6 minutes until golden brown, remove from the heat and add a little lemon zest and onion and mix.

In a food processor, mix the parsley with the olives, garlic, coriander and capers. Add the parmesan, beat again and then add oil and 2 tablespoons lemon juice and continue beating until the mixture is homogeneous.

Keep 1 cup of water from the pasta, strain it, put it back in the pot and add the rest of the lemon juice.

Add the sauce and water you kept aside to the pasta pot and mix. If the water is a little, add more.

Serve and garnish with lemon zest.
