Homemade banana pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. flour g.o.x.
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • A little cinnamon and vanilla extract (optional)
  • Honey for serving

Implementation

step 1

First, beat the eggs, flour, banana, cinnamon and vanilla extract in a blender until the mixture is homogeneous in a porridge, without lumps.

step 2

Put a non-stick pan with a little butter on a medium to low heat until warm.

step 3

Place two tablespoons of the porridge in the pan and leave for about 3 minutes on each side

step 4

Once the pancakes are ready, serve with honey
