Homemade potato souffle with sour cream

Ingredients

  • 3 cups gruyere
  • 6 boiled potatoes
  • 5-6 slices of chopped ham
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 500 gr. whipping cream

Implementation

step 1

First, boil the potatoes in a saucepan for 25 minutes.

Once they are ready, leave them to cool for a while and then cut them into slices.

Brush with a little oil a medium pyrex and spread the boiled potatoes

step 4

Season lightly with salt and pepper and top with the ham and grated gruyere. Pour the cream and shake to the right and left to go everywhere.

Bake in a preheated oven for 60 minutes until golden brown.
