Ingredients
- 1/2 cup teaspoon butter, at room temperature and cut into cubes
- 2/3 cup icing tea or granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups teaspoon flour for all uses
- 2 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 cup tea sour creme
- 3 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp mixed spice
- 1/2 cup teaspoon brown sugar
Implementation

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

Put the apple slices in a bowl and add the brown sugar and mixed spice and mix well.

Beat the sugar with the butter in the mixer until fluffy. If you do not have a mixer, you can use an electric hand mixer. Add the vanilla and beaten eggs gradually.

Sift the flour and add the cream. Pour the mixture into the mixer slowly, continuing to beat until well combined.

Pour the cake mixture into the prepared pan and then place the apple slices on top. You can arrange the slices so that they come out in a circle.

Bake in the oven for one hour, until the cake is puffed and the apples are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for at least half an hour.

Serve large slices with cream or ice cream.
