Recipe for Pumpkin Bars

  • 1 prepared pie dough
  • 420 gr. pumpkin puree
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 fl. pecan tea, chopped


step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper and press the prepared pie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan.

Bake the crust for 8 minutes, until the edges begin to brown, remove from the oven and set aside.

For the filling, mix all the ingredients until smooth and pour the mixture over the crust.

Bake for 25 minutes, remove the pan from the oven, sprinkle evenly with the chopped pecans and return the pan to the oven. Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the filling is set.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting into bars.
