Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken thighs
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 fl. of tea apple juice without sugar
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme or 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
Implementation
step 1
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Brown the chicken on both sides and remove from the pan.
step 3
Add the apple juice and thyme to the pan and bring to a boil, stirring.
step 4
Simmer until the liquid is reduced by half.
step 5
Add the chicken to the pan and cook, covered, over medium heat until cooked through.
