Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 fl. orange juice tea
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 medium orange, thinly sliced
Implementation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Pour the orange juice into a shallow dish and add the salmon, skin side up. Let it stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.

In a small bowl mix the sugar with the cocoa, cayenne, cinnamon, salt and pepper.

Place the salmon skin side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Rub with the spice mixture, top with an orange slice and brush with the melted butter.

Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, 20-25 minutes.
