Recipe for Homemade burgers with salmon

Ingredients

  • 450 gr. skinless salmon, diced
  • 1/2 cup grated toast with tea
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp fresh chopped basil
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons oil, for frying
  • Optional ingredients: 4 brioche buns, lettuce, mayonnaise

Implementation

step 1

Put the salmon, breadcrumbs, egg whites, lemon juice, spring onions and basil in a food processor and beat until combined, but not pureed, then season with salt and pepper.

Divide the mixture into four portions and shape each portion into a burger. Place the burgers on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the burgers for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

step 4

Serve the burgers in brioche buns with fresh lettuce and mayonnaise.
