Ingredients
- 1 package coconut cookies (optional), crushed
- 1/3 cup teaspoon butter, melted
- 4 cup teaspoon cream
- 1/4 cup teaspoon powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. coconut extract
- 230 gr. cream cheese, softened
- 400 gr. sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup tea lime juice
- 1/4 fl. of tea sweet grated coconut, roasted
Implementation
step 1
In a small bowl, mix together the crushed biscuits and butter and press into the bottom and sides of a buttered tin.

In a large bowl, whip the cream until it begins to thicken. Add the powdered sugar and coconut extract and beat until stiff peaks form.

In another large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and lime juice until well blended. Add 2 cups of the whipped cream you made with the cream and mix.
step 4
Spread with a marise on the biscuit base, top with the remaining whipped cream and grated coconut and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
