Pasta with gorgonzola cheese sauce

Ingredients

  • 450 gr. pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups chopped radish tea
  • 1 1/2 cup cream tea
  • 220 gr. gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. grated nutmeg
  • Salt Pepper

Implementation

step 1

Boil the pasta according to the instructions.

step 2

Heat a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the radicchio for 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and cover with cling film.

step 3

Pour the cream into the same pan and bring to a boil over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

step 4

Add the gorgonzola and let it melt, stirring for 2 minutes.

step 5

Garnish with nutmeg, salt and pepper and add the radicchio.

step 6

Add the pasta and mix well.
