Ingredients
- 450 gr. pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups chopped radish tea
- 1 1/2 cup cream tea
- 220 gr. gorgonzola cheese
- 1/8 tsp. grated nutmeg
- Salt Pepper
Implementation

Boil the pasta according to the instructions.

Heat a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the radicchio for 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and cover with cling film.

Pour the cream into the same pan and bring to a boil over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Add the gorgonzola and let it melt, stirring for 2 minutes.

Garnish with nutmeg, salt and pepper and add the radicchio.

Add the pasta and mix well.
