Three persons found to be illegally staying on the territory of the Republic were arrested on Thursday, as part of a coordinated operation in Paphos.
According to Pafos Police Director, Nikos Tsapi, the three persons were identified in the context of an operation to stop vehicles and investigations carried out throughout the province.
As he mentioned, members of the Paphos ADE, such as members of the Paphos Crime Prevention Association, the Paphos Traffic Police and heads of departments participated in the operation.
The three persons were arrested and detained while their deportation proceedings are underway, it concluded.
