On November 25th, Roula Pispirigou will appear in court for her apology, after the new deadline she requested and received today from the 35th regular investigator, who is investigating the deaths of the accused's two youngest children, Malena and Iris.
The investigator accepted the accused's request to be given more time for her statement and gave the 34-year-old another nine days before she would appear before her again.
It is the second deadline that the accused receives, as it preceded the one she got on October 25, for today.
Roula Pispirigou, already accused of murder and attempted murder of her first-born daughter, Georgina, is asked to apologize for the murder of Malena, 3,5 years old, on April 13, 2019, and Iris, who was only six months old, on March 21, 2021.
At the same time, the 34-year-old, temporarily detained since last April for Georgina's case, is awaiting the determination of the trial before the Joint Criminal Court for what she is accused of having committed against her 9-year-old daughter.
