The testimonies of doctors who handled the case of Georgina at the Karamandaneio hospital continue without stopping.

The first doctor who saw the child in the outpatient clinics testified to the investigator yesterday, talking about Roula Pispirigou's insistence that the child be admitted despite the fact that her descriptions of his health condition were unclear, while they did not go along with the image of exams.

The medical examiner, Pantelis Alexandrou, spoke about the cases of ketamine administration to a patient and what the amount of the substance that was detected in 9-year-old Georgina means.

Mr. Alexandrou initially pointed out that in the ICU case where the ketamine vials are, they are in a row in order to avoid mistakes.

As for the ketamine that was detected on the basis of data in both blood and urine, it means that it was administered alive, the medical examiner explained.

"So we have an organism that converted ketamine to norcetamine, so it is alive, so the time is earlier," he told MEGA.

Regarding the ampoules used for resuscitation, he said that they are 2 ml ampoules and contain 100 milligrams of ketamine.

"A 25-30 kg child would be given a recovery phase, about 1 ml, diluted with about 10-20 ml of saline solution," he said.

However, the amount found in 9-year-old Georgina is a quantity that would require 3 resuscitation suitcases and 10 to 15 ampoules, Mr. Alexandrou explained, while noting that the hospital documents do not mention the administration of ketamine.

"Parade" of doctors and nurses to the interrogator

All this while "light" in the dark aspects of the case of the death of 9-year-old Georgina continues to be shed by doctors and nurses who examined the little girl from the first day of his hospitalization until the day he passed away.

The "threshold" of the 18th investigator, who is handling the case of the murder of 9-year-old Georgina by the mother of Roula Pispirigou, is expected to cross today with three more people.

Meanwhile, yesterday, four doctors from the Karamandane Hospital of Patras testified before the investigator. Among the four witnesses called were the director of the pediatric clinic in Karamandaneio and another doctor, who was the first person to meet little Georgina at the hospital in the emergency room when Roula Pispirigou took her there.

According to information, the doctor allegedly testified that Roula Pispirigou appeared at the hospital, saying that her little girl had had convulsions earlier, that is, she made intense movements with her hands and head.

The witness allegedly described the 33-year-old's description as vague, clarifying that Georgina did not show any such symptoms at the hospital.

"She appeared with her daughter, she said that the child has convulsions, but when I asked her more specific things, she was not able to answer. Although it was unclear exactly what the child showed, we did a regular introduction to get more tests, which were all clean. In fact, he did not have an incident at the hospital ", the particular doctor allegedly testified to the investigator, among other things.

Georgina's pediatric cardiologist

Shocking details came to light from the testimony of Georgina's pediatric cardiologist in Onassis, Giannis Papagiannis, who described in his testimony how and why the defibrillator and pacemaker device entered Georgina, if and when it worked, as well as the mother. to record something disturbing from the machine.

"I want to tell you that the heart of this child underwent a very big test during the first incident of opposition in Karamandaneio, where for fifty minutes he was in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, during which oxygenation and perspiration are always lower than normal and yet "The slightest dysfunction was not found, a fact that supports both the exceptional efforts of the doctors and the excellent quality of the heart," said Mr. Papagiannis.

"The child came to our hospital by ambulance and was treated from the first ten days of May until the beginning of June. (…). Throughout his treatment, he was in the Pediatric Cardiology Intensive Care Unit under constant monitoring. The child underwent a complete cardiological examination, which included an electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, procaineamide drug test, for Brugada Syndrome, and also underwent extensive genetic testing for the possibility of a sudden genetic arrhythmia. (…) During the examination of all the above, no arrhythmogenic syndromes were found, no congenital or acquired heart diseases, no cardiomyopathies, while the function of the heart was completely normal ", he is supposed to explain.

Georgina's exams were very good, but the defibrillator and pacemaker were installed, at the request of her parents.

"A complete cardiological examination was performed, it was decided to place the defibrillator to deal with any unknown cause of sudden death, which, however, we had not diagnosed during the entire period of his hospitalization. The placement of the defibrillator was a wish of the parents, despite the absence of a clear cardiac diagnosis ".

As he explains, the device was entered and a lower limit of 60 beats and an upper limit of 222 were set, above which it would mean a red alarm and the doctor would be notified with a message. However, the machine never sent a signal, but the only messages the doctor received were about 190 in the number from Roula Pispirigou, who asked him to inform her about the function of Georgina's heart.

"After the defibrillator was placed, they permanently received information, after it was activated by the mother, due to concern for the child's condition. "In all of these messages, no arrhythmia was recorded and the device was functioning properly," the doctor said, adding: . The systolic function of the heart has also been checked in Onassis and was normal. Therefore, the possible causes of the final event seem to be cardiac ".
