Components
• 2 ripe bananas
• 480 gr. milk / almond or coconut milk
• 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp. honey
• 200 gr. oats
• 60 gr. walnuts, finely chopped
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 tbsp chopped cinnamon
• 1 tbsp. baking powder


For serving
• honey
• fresh fruits
• walnuts


Implementation
• In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork, until they become puree
• Add the milk, vanilla extract, honey and mix
Add the oats, walnuts, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, and mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.
• Pour the mixture into a greased pan (20 * 30 cm) and leave it for 30 minutes to harden or put it in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours until the oats absorb some of the liquids in the mixture.
• Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in the air.
Bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes
• Leave it to cool for 15 minutes, remove it from the pan and cut it into pieces
• Serve with extra honey, fresh fruits of your choice, milk, nuts, whatever else we love and enjoy!
