According to the latest information, another 26 people were found dead in a tavern in Mati.

Officially, the total tally speaks of 24 dead.

The last of the dead that have been found so far were collected by the frigate "Elli", at dawn, in the sea area of Rafina. Among the victims are many young children.

According to the commander of EKEPY, Nikos Papaefstathiou, 156 adults are hospitalized in Evangelismos, Sismanoglio and KAT hospitals, of which 11 are intubated and 16 children, none in critical condition. According to Mr. Papaefstathiou, the vast majority were transported to the hospital with burns, very few with respiratory problems.

Charred cars, burned houses, wooded areas turned to ashes were recorded by the camera lens. Many people, in a desperate attempt to escape, found tragic death in their cars.
